Municipal is another word for a town or district that holds a local government. 

Municipal consulting consists of assistance with permitting processes, zone changes, parcel splitting and more.

A parcel map is when you divide a property into multiple separate plots and properties.  An example of this would be taking a 5 acre parcel, and dividing it into 5x 1 acre parcels. These individual parcels can then be leased, developed or sold separate from each other.

A General Plan Amendment is a year-long process that will allow you to change a piece of property from one type of use to another. This will involve getting approval by the municipality to change the type of use, such as from agriculture to commercial use.

Countryside Corp will handle all communication, applications, meetings, coordination and reviews for our clients. This will aid with planning modifications on the property they own.
